2009 saw the opening of E2MCC, a state-of-the art contact center. Designed to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, E2MCC’s high-tech platform lets companies outsource their customer-help services.
2012: “Mizan Ramadan”
In 2012, E2M produced one of the biggest shows for Ramadan, “Mizan Ramadan”. Broadcast on 15 different channels across Iraq, the show became one of the most talked-about shows of Ramadan 2012.
Today: Mobision
E2M was selected to design, implement, roll and operate the first Mobile Television service in the Middle East for Mobision, Iraq. We were the first regional mobile TV solution provider to deliver the service over broadcast, cellular, broadband and satellite networks.
Our certified engineers developed the first independent Subscriber Management System (SMS) business model to manage subscribers’ bouquets, access rights, prepaid scratch cards, and content for the mobile television industry. We also built the first Multi-Monitor Display (MMD) platform with real-monitoring and message alerts for channel blackouts.
