Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is customized by E2M to become a client friendly service where the user calls a specific number, ex: 1134, and listens to a specific recorded menu. The menu offers several services such as social, political, business and financial news. He then obtains access to other interesting content such as ring tones, logos, etc… The user interacts with the menu by choosing the appropriate entry from his mobile keypad. Once the user selects a certain category he either listens to its content or receives an SMS/MMS when ordering a ring tone or logo, with detailed instruction on how to download it and use it.
Interactive Voice Response platform totally developed by E2M is built on the industry famous dialogic cards for maximum stability and variety of features. It allows the operator to network hundreds of IVR’s together and to remotely control the content and the voice recordings. Unlike a lot of other VAS operators that usually tend to buy their IVR’s to the market, E2M ensure its ownership, complete operation and innovation of the IVR platform.

Short Message Service (SMS) |

Entertainment to Mobile provides SMS Push and Pull services. Instead of listening to a recorded menu, users can send keywords to a specific short code, ex: 6575, and interact with the content management platform through SMS. SMS Push/Pull responds according to the user’s preferences and pre-defined keyword that should be memorized.
Subscribed push service require the users to subscribe through a specific mechanism such as a Contact Center, website, IVR, WAP, SMS or JAVA application to a list of categories. After that, users would start to receive automatic updates to their mobile phone based on the category they select, frequency and time of update.
SMS service include Breaking News, SMS broadcast and Logos, Pictures, Ringtones, Jokes, Sayings, Financial news, Chatting, Business Headlines, Stocks, Sports, Voting competitions, Horoscope, Information services, Games, Trivia, Video Chat, Voice via SMS etc.
